What about cutting it from the inner tube of a bike wheel? Race bikes usually sport tubeless tyres, but there are some big wheels using those inner tubes. I guess the circumference would be quite close to what you need.Regards....

I have been able to produce video files longer than 4Gb 7,5 Gb if I don't recall wrongly. Wav files shouldn't be any different. Are you using the All sound recorder XP? Maybe using other software it can be overcome or just changing some setting in it...
